This building was constructed at the same time as 29 Avenue C. Like 29 Avenue C, this is also a multi-family four-story walk-up building with thirteen units.

The lot was vacant prior to the construction of this building. Tax photos from the 1980’s show that the previous building was a five-story tenement building with ground floor retail and ornamentation similar to many other tenements in the neighborhood.

What is the Building Blocks Project
