Description & Building Alterations
This five-story brick tenement was originally erected in 1889 for 20 families, designed by architect William Graul.
The present facade features a red brick surface with some stone pieces, window lintels with segmental arches, carved keystones and neo-Grec details at the first story, decorated panels, brick piers with plain capitals, and entry portico with columns supporting a bracketed door hood. The original cornice was removed prior to the 1980s.
