Description & Building Alterations
The three story brick and stone Greek Revival row houses at 220 and 222 were combined into one building in 1920. The combined row houses feature wrought-iron window grilles, bracketed window sills (in a continuous band at the first story), molded lintels, and a stepped and paneled parapet. The east stoop was removed in 1912 and the west stoop was removed in 1918. The historic cornice was removed by circa 1939. This was formerly known as lot 21.
