Description & Building Alterations

This five story brick and stone Italianate apartment building was constructed in circa 1864-66. It features segmental fenestration and decorative metal work on the stoop. Other architectural features include historic fluted cast-iron columns at the basement, projecting window sills, bracketed lintel at the main entryway, molded lintels, and a bracketed cornice with frieze panels.
