Description & Building Alterations

This five-story pre-law tenement, designed by William Jose in 1874, is clad in red brick and has white Neo-Grec style lintel moldings. The cornice has been removed, exposing the rough brickwork that was not intended to be visible. Some rectangular openings have been cut underneath the windows to accommodate air conditioning units.

What is the Building Blocks Project
