Description & Building Alterations

This five-story brick tenement building was erected in 1867, the same period as the rest buildings in this block on First Avenue.

Its present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, segmental-arched window openings from the third to fifth stories with molded lintels and footed sills. The second story molded lintels, brick facing, and exposed beam probably date from a later alteration.
