Description & Building Alterations
A three-and-a-half story house existed on the lot until the present five-story building was completed in 1892-93.
The present building facade features a bracketed cornice with a paneled frieze, brick round arches with tympanums at the fifth story, slightly projecting brick piers with Corinthian capitals from the second to fifth stories, decorated panels and patterned brickwork, and a round-arched main entry set on a portico on the south facade. The existing storefront is not original to the building.
