Description & Building Alterations

Constructed in 1874 by Julius Boekell this five-story tenement was owned by Henry Weiler. It features simple lintels and bracketed sills on the windows, quoins, and a bracketed cornice. In the 1920s, a one story addition was constructed at the front of the building to accommodate a storefront.

What is the Building Blocks Project
