This six-story tenement building was erected in 1892, designed by Kurtzer & Rohl.
The building facade features attached pilasters with Corinthian capitals at second, fourth and sixth stories, arched window openings at fifth story, elaborate pediment and carving in eagle form above sixth-floor windows, decorative panels, tympanum and beltcourses.
