The newest building in the St. Mark’s Place Historic District, this six-story apartment building is of light-colored stone and yellow brick and displays Romanesque Revival architectural features, particularly the keyed arched windows at the ground floor and brick belt courses between the upper floors. Neo-Classical pedimented windows and cornices contribute to its statues as stylistically transitional.
