Description & Building Alterations

This four-story brick loft building has retail space on the first floor. Though the bones of the building likely date to the mid-19th century, the facade was completely redone in 1937. Historically, the building housed families and a ground floor store. By the 20th century, offices occupied the structure. An 1871 alteration application provides a drawing of what the building looked like at that time: a three-bay wide row house with a cornice and ground floor store.
