Description & Building Alterations
This five-story brick old-law tenement was originally erected in 1891 to accommodate 18 families.
The facade features decorative brickwork, including projecting piers at the fourth and fifth stories, a splayed segmental arch on the fifth floor, and patterned beltcourse below the fourth-floor windows. Other characters include bracketed window lintels, rectangular sills, and fluted pilaster at right corner of the storefront. This historic cornice has been removed and the parapet appears to have been bricked over .
