Description & Building Alterations
This five-story with basement tenement was originally erected 1854. In 1892, architects Kurtzer & Rohl extensively altered the tenement by resurfacing the front facade and installing a new cornice and other decorative features.
The present facade features a Queen Anne-style cornice with elevated center piece, molded window lintels, footed sills, and rusticated stone banding.
