Description & Building Alterations
This five-story old law tenement was originally built with space for stores in the basement and apartments for 28 families. By the 1940s, the number of families in the building decreased to 22.
The building underwent a series of minor alterations in 1907, 1935, 1938 and 1947. The current facade features Queen Anne-style elements, especially at the cornice with a pedimented central piece, brackets and decorative woodwork.
