This seven story building was built 2018-19 replacing what was originally two early 19th century row houses. It was formerly lot 48.

According to tax assessment records, the original building on this site was constructed in 1830 as two separate two-and-a-half-story row houses. They were extended to full three stories and combined into one building no earlier than the 1930s.

What is the Building Blocks Project
