Description & Building Alterations

The Wyoming Building was built in 1911 for the Wyoming Realty Co. by architecture firm Bernstein & Bernstein. There was a two-story building originally on the site.

The nine-story tenement is constructed of dark brick, with one set of four ribbon windows on each floor. In between the ribbon windows are cement decorative squares with a simple design of a diamond flanked by four circles on each flat side. The top floor has a decorative lintel spanning the length of the ribbon windows. The name Wyoming Building is inscribed above the entrance.

Upon conversion into condominiums, the building was given the new lot number 7501.
