Description & Building Alterations
This 6 story Renaissance Revival brick and limestone New-Law tenement was constructed in circa 1903 and originally housed 21 families over ground-floor shops. It features an ornamental wrought-iron fire escape and tapered columns at the main entryway. Other significant architectural details include coursed brickwork, molded window surrounds topped by scrolled keystones, splayed lintels and triangular or semi-circular gables, and a bracketed roof cornice with freize panels. An entryway lintel has been removed.
