This six-story tenement was originally built in 1897 for 2 stores and 22 families, designed by architect Kurtzer & Rohl. The present facade features a bracketed cornice with an ornamented frieze, window lintels with triangular pediments, brick panels, beltcourses, and fluted pilasters flanking the main entry.
