A 13-story apartment with 45 units, built in 2004 and designed by the Office of Simon Fouladian, currently occupies this lot.

By the late 19th century, a six story tenement existed on this site. While there is little information on this building, 1980s tax photos show that it was demolished by the 1980s and a one-story garage was constructed by that time. The building currently serves as a residence hall for New York Law School.

What is the Building Blocks Project
