Description & Building Alterations

Nos. 719, 721 and 723 were built in 1886 (No. 723 was demolished). This building was altered in 1904 by its owners Jonas Weil and B. Mayer of 35 Nassau Street who changed the interior partitions and added new shaft windows. In 1940 the building was updated with new plumbing and electrical, and new sidewalk vault was installed by owner Stanley Kurek.
